    I cannot get past your protection screen at all, no matter how or where I right click, or press… :o(

      Try right clicking and choose to open the file directly – not in a new tab. If your browser is set to automatically open links in a new window, you’ll get an error on my download. Worse case, try a browser that is not IE.
